Step 1
Get your leader's permission
If you are a member of a fellowship/church and want your community to join this event, the approval of your leader/pastor is necessary.
Regardless of denomination, we want each group to have a blessing of their leader when organizing the event.
STEP 2
Register an event
After completing the first step and obtaining consent, register yourself/your community by completing all fields.
Go to REGISTER and fill out the form, providing data that will help us properly register you and your community for the event.
The registration link can be found right here or from the main menu.
NOTE: Registration is free!
STEP 3
Receive your registration confirmation
After completing the form , be sure to check email address you provided in your application. You should receive confirmation of your registration, which will mean that you have become part of the nationwide "Our Father" event! Be sure to check your SPAM inbox. If confirmation message went to SPAM box - select the message and click "message wanted" option.
Failure to complete this step will prevent us from providing you with current information and promotional materials.
STEP 4
Join our social media
In confirmation message you will receive all the details of the event. Save the date in your calendar, and keep this email to have the most important information at your fingertips.

Our wish in this event is for us all to call on others to join in by sharing materials and graphics. So we encourage you to share the materials that will appear on the initiative's profile as widely as possible.
STEP 5
Time to promote
You are already registered! That means you can get busy promoting the event in your community. Please do the following:
- download promotional graphics: social media graphics, poster and flyers that are ready to edit in free CANVA program.
- Add information about where you are meeting and at what time. Remember that the framework plan for the meeting remains unchanged, because at this time we want to spiritually unite in common prayer with other believers across the country.
- Also download the event description. This will make it easier for you to communicate online as part of your promotion.
Customize your materials to your needs by changing the exact address of the place.
THESE MATERIALS WILL BE PUBLISHED SOON AND EVERYONE REGISTERED WILL BE NOTIFIED.
STEP 6
We act!
If you have already completed all your promotional materials, it's time to use them. Don't delay and let people know about the event as soon as possible.
-> On Facebook, create an event, using previously downloaded materials and notify your church/community about it. Also use the descriptions prepared in the document you downloaded earlier - this will make it easier for you to inform about the event.
Use various communication channels, such as emails, announcements on the community website, posters or social media to invite community members to the meeting.
Encourage participants to share information to increase the reach of the invitation.
STEP 7
Schedule announcements and print posters and flyers
Download and customize event flyer and poster designs.
Print them out and give them to people in the community/parish so that as many people around you as possible know about the event.
cost of printing 500 flyers in DL format is about 70 PLN, 1000 pcs /90 PLN on a popular auction site. Listings visible after typing "dl flyers".
Posters can be printed in A2 format or smaller.
Make a list of places where you can hang a poster and where you can spread/distribute flyers. Successively implement it.

STEP 9
June 23 at 6:30 pm
On the day of the meeting, remember that during prayer we focus on praising God. Therefore, we encourage that on this day, focus on Jesus Christ in the songs and prayers.
If you can, report what is happening at your place during the event on social media, tagging us in your materials - photos or videos. We will share these materials on our social media as a testimony that the Church in Poland gathers around the Father's throne.

ORGANIZE
Organize an evening of worship in your church/community/parish/city.
INFORM
Record your personal invitation/video, send it to us, but also post it on your social media.
SHARE
Share about this event with pastors and leaders where you are your neighborhood, encouraging them to organize more events - presenting them with ideas and options for joining.
Act, call, write, remind. Let's do everything we can to get as many people as possible to stand for this prayer.
Regularly ask befriended leaders for support in promoting the event through their communication channels and social networks.
TELL
Tell about the event in your community, parish and encourage people to also get actively involved in this initiative and its promotion.
TRANSMIT
If possible, prepare a broadcast of your event, and send us information about it.
Your church/community/parish can become a live broadcast venue with our studio on the day of the event.
Foundations, Associations, Communities and Institutions.
Let's make an effort to bear the burden to take this initiative to pray for the unity of our country and to glorify the name of God the Father.
